會員I.D.和密碼:
如果你加入了Music Fever 的會員服務, 你會從電郵收到我們的會員I.D.和密碼, 你要同意不把你的會員I.D.和密碼交給其他人.  如果我們發現你的資料被泄露, 我們會馬上寄一個新密碼給你. 如果我們多次發現你的戶口有很多人用的話, 我們就會取消你的會員資格.

試聽服務:
Music Fever 只是連結其他網站的音樂文件來提供試聽給大家. 你要知道 Music Fever 的連結只是洽大家作試聽的用途. 你要同意對你試聽的文件負責. 所以 Music Fever 是不會負責任何有關版權的問題.

個人資料:
當申請 Music Fever 戶口, 你要同意提供 PayPal 你的正確個人資料.  而這些資料只有 PayPal 會知道, 而 Music Fever 是不會知道的你的個人資料.  有關詳情請到我們的 Membership Privacy Page.

關於會員費退還:
Music Fever 是沒有會員費退還的服務. 一旦申請了, 會員費就不能退還. 

Username and Password:
Any member subscribing Music Fever will be given an username and a password.  You are responsible for the username and password that you had signup.  You must agree that you will not share your username and password with any other people.  If Music Fever finds out that other people using your username and password to login to Music Fever, a new password will be assigned for your account and a notification letter will email to your email address.  If we determine that you are keep violating this rule, Music Fever will have no other choice but to delete your account. 

Service:
Music Fever only links to song files from other sites to provide Chinese music broadcasting service, you must be informed that any song files from Music Fever are only for you to try out not to keep as a copy.  You are responsible for the files you have downloaded from this site.  In other words, in order to keep the file you must have your own copy of the original CD.


Personal Information:
When you registry your Music Fever account, you have to agree to give your personal information such as credit card number, name, and address to PayPal.  Music Fever will not have any of your personal information except your email address and the username/password that you request during the registration process. Refund Policy:
You must be informed that the charged service fee is NOT refundable.
